"I did not have the honor of knowing my uncle. he was declared dead 20 years before i was even born. over the years i would hear talk about him but ubtil i got older i never really understood about pow/mia's. it breaks my heart to think all these heros were left or killed thinking they might of been left behind. my family keeps his memory alive and will do so until he is found and brought home. as the years go by it seems to get harder to find any information on him or any one who remembers him. no matter how long it takes my family and future family will keep looking for our hero, joseph francis toner.
