I will be making memorials for every POW/MIA listed starting alphabetically with last names starting with the letter A.  For an example of the standard memorial I will be making, visit John Abbot's Memorial.  

If you would like to add to a memorial I have already made, please fill out the following form. 

If there is not a memorial made for your POW/MIA yet, please go ahead and fill out the following form and I will prioritize your POW/MIA and I will make the memorial sooner.  If you did not know the POW/MIA you are requesting for, please at least write something in the comments box below so that it will be personalized.

If you have a photo you would like to post to the memorial:

1.  Send them to us as e-mail attachments to webmaster@oldglorytraditions.com Make sure that you tell us the name of the person(s) in the photo and whose memorial it should be placed on.

2.  If you do not have a photo digitally scanned, you may get them scanned at a copying service near you and then proceed to send the images to us through email.

3.  We will accept photos through US MAIL, though we would rather you not risk losing your photos in the mail.  However if you would like to, mail the photo(s) to our mailing address.  We will proceed to scan the picture into our computer and send the photo right back to you.
